Premium Roofing Solutions will conduct a preliminary inspection that will provide detail on the existing condition of the roofing system and any initial repairs that need to be completed prior to The Premium Roof Protection Program service contract being offered. The Premium Roof Protection Program cost will vary depending on category and roof size. Each roof will be evaluated and its serviceability which is based on age, roof type, and roof conditions.

Category 1- A roofing system still under warranty, in good overall condition, 1-8 years in age.

Category 2- A roofing system in good to average condition requiring some corrective work, 8-12 years in age.

Category 3- An older roofing system with some potential serviceable life remaining if corrective repairs or restoration are performed, 10-20 years in age.

Category 4- An old or poorly installed roof with little or no economic value remaining where the cost of performing extensive repairs would outweigh the value of the roof.
